Harmonious Hatha Yoga -

Tasmanian Heartlands Yoga Retreat

A weekend to Unwind, Reconnect, & Reawaken…

Join me for a yoga and connection retreat in Tasmania’s breathtaking alpine region- where nature holds you, stillness restores you, and yoga brings you home to yourself.

Suzie is an excellent Yoga instructor. She is very experienced and knowledgeable, and her classes are varied and challenging. The classes are small which enables Suzie to give individual attention to everybody, ensuring they are positioned safely and correctly. I find the stretching, breathing and relaxation of yoga so beneficial.

Tasmanian Heartlands

Friday 2pm - Sunday 2pm

What a wonderful space, I felt welcome from my very first class. Suzie has a wealth of knowledge about the body and can lead a class catering for anyone’s limits and individual needs. She has helped me so much with different issues I have faced recently. I am so glad I found her.

Suzie provides a comfortable warm space that calms the mind, the minute I step inside... Her sessions always leave me well stretched and relaxed. Suzie’s yoga experience & love for health and well-being, shines in her classes.

As a yoga teacher, I’d have to say Suzie’s class was 10/10. Her attention to detail, choice of asana’s, sequencing etc was first class - highly recommend any level of yogi to attend one of her classes.
